Many of us have assumed that environmental factors (such as temperature, fertilization, stress, etc.) matter just as much as, if not more than, the genetics (or "ratios") of hemp strains. A recent Cornell University study seems to contradicts this assumption, among others. A major topic of conversation in the hemp world today is about raising the legal limit of THC.
