Jay Stucky, Conventional and organic farm manager/owner and worked in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry for nearly 20 years. Jay brings to the table Midwestern, large-scale, efficiency-based agronomic knowledge and several years of organic farming experience in New York. Previous experience blending technologies across agricultural sectors provides the perfect platform for customizing current agricultural practices and equipment for us in hemp production. Jay has extensive experience with federal regulations (USDA and FDA) and the scientific process.
Ken Fendt, Mechanical Engineer. Ken brings engineering oversight for facility and equipment customization.
Stephen Hertzler, Owner, Nickel A Day Farm (Romulus, NY); organic farmer, organic dairyman, entrepreneur. Stephen has lived in the Romulus area for more than 20 years and he is a leader in the local community. He was also one of the pioneers of the organic movement in Seneca County.
Richard Lamb, Owner, Foragers Farm (Canaan, NY); Partner, Foragers LLC (NYC, NY); Organic vegetable farmer/retailer/distributor. Richard has extensive product development and marketing experience specifically relevant to the CBD consumer demographic. Richard’s storefronts in New York City are specifically geared to appeal to health-conscious clientele in the epicenter of the area’s largest market.
Sally Veillette, Owner, Hands on Sicily (East Chatham, NY). Sally has experience in finance, import/export, and production development.
Emilia Yoffie, Organic farmer/manager/entrepreneur. Emilia graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a Bachelor of Technology in Plant Science in 2017. Later that year, she became involved with New York State’s Industrial Hemp Agricultural Research Pilot Program at Cornell University, working under Dr. Don Viands.
